Bring the Neapolitan Herb balsamic in a saucepan to medium-low heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally as it cooks. Don't leave it unattended because it can easily scorch! Remove from heat and allow it to cool. In the meantime, alternate slices of tomato and Mozzarella on a plate. Drizzle the olive oil over the slices and then garnish with basil leaves. Once cooled, drip the balsamic reduction over the colorful salad and enjoy!
