Viva Oliva Tapenade - California Green Olive

Pure and natural, Sutter Buttes Green Olive Tapenade is made artisan style in small batches. It consists of puréed young green olives, enriched with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a full-flavored tapenade. Slightly bitter from the pure green olives and the essence of olive oil offers a little extra bite. Add to salads, braised meats, stews, pizzas, marinades and sandwiches. Fold into pastas and rice dishes. Make a fast hors d’oeuvre by spreading on warm-toasted slices of crusty bread.
